MNTC member Maeve “Ravin’ Maeven” Resk competed this past weekend in the NY State Cross Country Championships at Bowdoin Park in Wappingers Falls, NY. Representing Eleanor Roosevelt HS, it was Maeve’s second appearance in this elite event as she also qualified last year. The meet features the Top 300 XC runners in the state and, although she was battling a balky knee and a persistent cold, Maeve ran very well on the extremely difficult 5k course. Congratulations, Maeve!
